Pure Fishing

The guys over at Rotor Design are definitely doing their part to make the bait and tackle industry more legible and aesthetically pleasing. On this project, I was contacted to help redesign and standardize a visual system for all of Pure Fishing’s, a leading bait and tackle manufacturer in the U.S., brands’ product sell sheets.

For a year and a half, I functioned as a full-time freelance designer with the Best Buy. During which I branded internal campaigns, designed environmental elements and worked on other projects mostly intended for the employee audience. I was also part of a team that worked on the conception and execution of initial brand promotions for an emerging Best Buy sub-brand, Eq-life Spa and Salon.

Foundation Nightclub

As well as collaborating on the naming and logo development, I was in charge of the design, art direction, illustration and coordination of all the print work. Regarding the printed materials, the aim was to devise a simple system that allows the designer to have creative flexibility while maintaining a cohesive and standardized structure.

Tubman Family Alliance

I was asked to create and donate a piece of original artwork for an auction that benefited the Tubman Family Alliance. The only requirement was that the finished work had to tie into the theme of a crane as a metaphor for peace within the family.
